Holistic Art Workshops

I offer workshops that combine several elements. My own unique blend includes creative play, yogic breath work, meditation, and gentle movement.

These ‘slow-down’ and ‘hands-on’ exercises are designed to help you fully relax. They connect your body and breath with your own natural creative flow.

Oils, Acrylics, Watercolours & Drawing. Work at your own pace in your preferred medium on the image of your choice.

Sometimes words are not enough..

Sometimes it takes an immersive experience to give us that spark for change to happen. Art, combined with yoga and breath awareness, can be truly transformative, allowing us to feed our inner creative fire.

We all move and breathe differently. Yoga is intensely personal, and internal. How others may see us as we practice Yoga does not matter. Nothing matters but the enjoyment of being present on our mats, listening to our breath and respecting our body’s intelligence.
