The Unexpected:
We all have the best intentions. However, we know that life can create unexpected circumstances. These might lead to the need for cancellation.
I hold your best interests at heart. I will always do my utmost to support and honor your booking. Whenever possible, I will offer a transfer of fees to another retreat. Alternatively, I might be able to give a full or partial refund of your fees. You can change the name on your booking at any time prior to the event. If you have someone to take your place, you are welcome to do so.
Waiting/Cancellation list:
I manage a waiting/cancellation list. If you need to cancel for any reason, I will do my utmost to try to fill your place. This is usually possible but can’t be guaranteed. The sooner you inform me about a potential cancellation, the more likely I can fill your place.
If I can fill your place, I will be more than happy to refund the full amount you paid. This includes your booking deposit.
For Yoga and Art Classes €50 will be considered your booking deposit. Any cancellations less than 14 days prior to the start of term will be subject to booking deposit fee.
For retreats of 3 days or more that include accommodation, I recommend taking out low-cost travel insurance. This is helpful in the event of having to cancel.
