Yoga & Self-Care Classes
These classes are designed to nourish your body and mind through breath and gentle movement. We practice lying, standing, and seated Asanas (Postures). We focus strongly on your breath whilst you connect to yourself with self-compassion. This class feels like a moving meditation.

This class is also perfect for advanced practitioners to focus on detail within their practice. All levels practice connecting with the Self in a Satvic way.

Now is always the perfect time of year to nurture and build your yoga practice.
Nature aligns with the seasons, and humans thrive when we do the same.
Winter begins to loosen its hold. The first hints of spring return. As this happens, our bodies start to open, each in our own quiet way. This term offers steady, nourishing practice. It helps in softening what’s tight and awakening strength. It also aids in settling into the natural rhythm of the season. It’s a tender turning point in the year, a chance to come back to yourself with a little more ease.
A perfect time to progress or begin your holistic yoga & self care practice.
These weekly yoga and breath-work classes offer a chance to develop your self-care routine. They also allow you to expand it. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, these sessions are beneficial.
Gently moving towards Imbolc, the beginning of Celtic Springtime, build your strength and flexibility slowly and steadily. Develop ways to care for yourself and nurture your inner seeds as the daylight increases.
Committing to an 10-week term helps you establish confidence in your practice. More importantly, it creates a lasting neural pattern of self-care by showing up for yourself each week.

I specialise in offering holistic experiences and I am particularly conscious of my local & global environmental impact. I strive to offset anything I do or offer in a positive way. I do this in many ways. One method is making and teaching eco-friendly, plant-based art.
Another method is planting trees on your behalf when you travel to take part in our workshops.
